1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting Chilipepper Fiesta: Scoville Prime, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must immediately depart our cosmic carnival.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 19 years of age to access this site in most Canadian provinces (18+ in Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec). This platform is strictly for residents of Canada.

3. Virtual Currency Policy

Scoville Sparks are a completely free virtual currency provided for amusement only. They cannot be purchased, traded, or withdrawn for any real-world value. They exist solely to fuel gameplay on Scoville Prime.

4. No Real Money Gambling

All activities, including Thermal Spore Drop and Luminescent Root Digger, are simulated, 100% free games. No real money gambling occurs, and no prizes of real value are ever awarded.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights to the brand Chilipepper Fiesta: Scoville Prime, the mascot Ignis, and all game assets belong entirely to Scoville Botanical Entertainment Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction of our interstellar artwork is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Scoville Botanical Entertainment Ltd. is not liable for any lost Scoville Sparks due to browser crashes, network interruptions, or cleared local storage. The platform is provided 'as is' for entertainment purposes.

7. Game Rules and Modifications

We reserve the right to alter the mechanics, win rates, or costs of Luminescent Root Digger and Thermal Spore Drop at any time without notice. All decisions regarding game outcomes are final and simulated.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes regarding Scoville Prime shall be resolved in the courts of Calgary, Alberta.
